When I acquired my first company in 2009 it was worth £400,000. Five years of operational improvements later I sold it for £1,600,000. It was already a good business, but by doing things better behind the scenes we benefitted from higher profits, better cashflow, improved supplier relationships and renewed confidence from our long-serving team that we had the right products and the right stock profile to grow and succeed.

I am based in Maidenhead and I'm available for in-person business coaching and consultancy in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
My clients were already ready for remote working ahead of the pandemic: I made sure that Business Continuity Planning (BCP) was in place. But now that so many people are comfortable with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet I am happy to connect with clients throughout the UK.
